Takes a while before those go down. Just dont touch them! If you could possibly order a colonic off the internet I reccomend it. I ordered Colonix and im on day 2 so iunno if mine will work or not I've read lots of good stories about it. I see your problem though, try and get some Psyillium husk seeds and flax seeds. Enemas are good but they might not get as deep as you need them to get.
