Re: TERRIBLE ACNE AFTER LIVER FLUSH..plsss help

yea i did drink loads of apple juice prior to my flush..but i ate other stuff as well..though everything was healthy...i really cant take the setback of bad Acne again..so i wanna take all the precautions before doing the flush again..the first one was such a disaster though i did get some stones out of my system...i don have the option of colonics here in india...so maybe i haveta makedo with enema...what kind of enema should i take?..does a normal water enema help??..or wat are the other effective enemas?
