hey thanks a lot...but i dunno how to do colonics myself...enema is the best i can do...m searching for some organic coffee here in india...no one does colonics here...will try doing some traditional indian stuff to clean the colon...but last one week ive been drinking loads n loads of water..n eating all healthy stuff..but the cysts don seem to be reducing...:(..took about 2 enemas...salt water enemas..but..not much affect...havent seen this kind of stuff on my face..n it feels terrible...dunno what to do...feel like killing myself..............
