I found the skin is an accurate indicator of health.

I got healthy when I eliminated Sugar and refined carbs, transfats, carbonated drinks, and very importantly, started an exercise program. A minimum walk of a mile a day for starters.

Don't worry about the hour spent exercising. You will more than make up for it in alertness and endurance. Healthy skin is just an extra.
