Re: Anyone using natural progesterone/natural estrogen?
Hi Amazed,
I have had to do a lot of research myself, for natural hormone replacement therapy (NHRT). I have frequently seen Dr. John R. Lee referred to as an expert in the field of women's hormones. The late Dr. Lee studied natural hormone replacement therapy for over 30 years. He has several very easy to follow books out for different phases of women's lives. One book is entitled: "What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Menopause." You can find out much more on the site that is now being maintained by his peers:

The company I found with the best natural progesterone cream is Kokoro - they do not have any unsafe
preservatives and unnecessary herbal additives. It's not meant to be a multi-tasking cream, which keeps it focused on the true need for the cream. If you are interested in pursuing this, their website is: http://www.kokorohealth.com
One thing that I also realized that is especially important: work with a doctor who is both knowledgeable & supportive of NHRT. My previous doctor was not. I am now seeing an ND who is treating me w/ a higher dose compounded into suppositories (to bypass my liver) in order to directly target my needs for my uterus. I have definitely seen improvements in my condition. I probably would have ended up w/ cancer by not using the therapeutic strength necessary for my (now known) pre-cancerous condition! (b/c of the continuous overabundance of estrogen) Stay informed & involved about your health.
Best wishes,
Cheryl
