Re: Anyone using natural progesterone/natural estrogen?

I started on regular estr/prog 15 years ago.

About 5 years ago I switched doctors. And he tested for the different hormones..And he put me on the compounded hormones in cream form. Now I am on the estr., prog. and he added testosteron.

When a year ago they made a big deal about the combo pill.
I ask him if I should stay on HRT. Actually I already knew how he would answer, since he believes in it so much.
He felt it is so important for the brain and gave me even a name of the book to read.

At this point I am still happy with it and have no plans to stop.
