I was thinking of western NC...I dunno! We shall see. It sounds like you are moving along bit by bit. Laughing is a great sign and is so healing.

There is a verse in the Bible that says, "The joy of the Lord is your strength." Don't mean to throw in the religious stuff, but it's just such a profound truth. Sometimes we can feel a total release of pressure and oppression (and depression) when we have an exilerating laugh that comes from the belly where our spirit is.

That can clear out so much junk out of our souls. Just a good laugh!

It sounds like you are on your way. Just do some fun things for yourself. Enjoy that Jamaican scenery before you leave!!! WOW - from what I've seen in photos it looks like heaven there. My daughter had a blast there on vacation.
