Sometimes it's good for a change. I worked in Raleigh NC for a while but didn't really like it. I guess it really depends on the city. I've been in Jamaica now for 4 years and I really don't regret it. I've learned a lot and I am a bit less naive now.

My housemates little 2 year is a good distraction. She is with me right now... just laughing for no apparent reason.

I haven't even told my parents about the breakup. I wanted to make sure it was really going to happen before I mention anything. They would just tell me to come home. My parents are both sick right now (both have cancer and mom also just diagnosed with diabetes and Dad has alzeheimer's). They are actually doing pretty good even with all that going on. I really need to find a job so I won't be an additional burden. I'm also afraid I'm going to gain all my weight back b/c of all my mom's cooking!

Well i think i am finally coming to gribs with what is going on... the good thing is i got an email today from the company i want to work for in Atlanta asking when i will be in Atlanta. I guess it's a good sign. So i already have 1 interview set up.
