Real men can and do control themselves when they get urges to oogle. When tempted to stare they somehow find it in themselves to look in another direction or distract themselves....if not for themselves, for their partner's sake.

I find it hard to believe that a guy would keep a girlfriend/wife around who can't keep herself from saying "woo hoo...look at the package on THAT hottie" when a good looking guy passes by.

Sorry but I give no passes to men because "they have these type of instincts embedded in their character."
