coconut oil and your liver

I didn't know there was a coconut oil forum. I went on a coconut oil diet and my liver swelled up and made me very sick. It might be good for your skin but you should not consume too much of it without having your cholesterol and other blood values carefully monitered by a doctor. YOU are risking your health if you do. I am sorry if this isnt very positive but that was my experience. Tweet
