Re: coconut oil and your liver

Well this is interesting to read, ive been making my own Sugar free chocolates using coconut oil, discovered ive an allergy with coconut oil and this has been irritating my liver, recent scan showed fatty liver mass, kenesiologist discovered yesterday the coconut oil is a no no for me so sadly no more chocys for me either. I did last year eat a spoon full of coconut oil before going to bed after reading how good it is for us, result woke up feeling very sick and was eventually very sick too, didn't see the connection at the time though. maybe it wasn't a good enough brand from a popular health shop I don't know?
