Hey, I got my son on the helios kefir instead of drinking so much milk. He likes it better and I think it has improved his health. He had alot of coughing during the winter too and this has helped alot. Maybe go to the helios website and see if it is sold near you. It is drinkable like milk. You can mix the flavored with the plain so it is not too sugary, but they still like it. Tweet
