Well, I wish somebody else would answer you with some good advice, but in the meantime - here's my two cents. If I could not get raw dairy, I would just do without dairy altogether. You can practice many of the other recommendations in Nourishing Traditions. Pasturized and homogenized milk are NOT nutritious or nourishing. I would just eliminate dairy altogether rather than drink storebought stuff even if it is organic. Obviously it's not doing your daughter any good. AND it's expensive.
Despite the multimillion dollar ad campaign, milk does NOT do a body good. Plenty of people live long and healthy lives without drinking the breastmilk of another species.
If you DID have access to inexpensive raw milk that would be ideal. If not - you don't really have to have it.
