Re: eggs...

Ooopps, I used the whole thing. My parents have a homestead with free running chickens and they give me fresh eggs when the chickens are laying abundantly--so no problem there. :) Sometimes they get a little short and I have to buy some townbought ones. I almost always feed Angel an egg a day and make sure to give her the good ones though...:)
I really could not taste the difference with the egg than without, but since it was about a pint maybe I needed two? My husband saw me crack the egg and he just thought I was gross! In Jordan Rubin's book Patient Heal Thyself he really advocated eating the eggs raw, but that didn't make Josiah feel any better...:) Tweet
