Yeah- me, too!
I just started culturing last week, poured out the first 5-6 batches as suggested by Dom (he mailed me the dry grains).
Now I'm drinking it daily, and it's not bad, but
certainly not yummy. Mildly sour is a good description.
I'll drink it anyway, for the health benefits, but if anyone has suggestions for improving the taste w/out Sugar (stevia, perhaps?) please- pass 'em on!
