At what point is electricity dangerous - Scientifically?

I have been discussing some concerns of the dangers of electricity with someone here on curezone, and I am absolutely convined that there is no chance of electric damage to a normal body at the Zapper voltage of 5-10 volts, with a fequecy of anything btween 5 and 500,000 Hz, (Within Dr. Hulda Clark 's parasite Zapping proticol). Does any one have specific scientific or electric information regarding this? What is the data for people having any bad effects due to low voltage, and at what point does it become possibly dangerous? Tweet
