There are some very technical people on here who know electricity and know their physics. I was interested in how they see it. Sure you can drown in a stream, but you can drown in a teaspoon of water and it doesn't stop us from using it!

I didn't ask them if it was safe, I asked at what point would it be unsafe to use electricity, which seems to be a lot more then a zapper can put out. Like someone said, static electricity which we can pick up just from walking in our socks across the rug, has potentially 50,000 volts!
