Water can be dangerous too if you push it into your lungs. Everything is relative and must be taken into a larger context...not singled out.

In this case is the 9 volt battery dangerous....no. If it is altered...it can be.

Is water dangerous...it can be depending. Are thousands of testimonies about the zapper helping people to be discounted? No!
