Well I was looking around because I was interested. I found one article on Stun Guns that stated 50mah was consider lethal. In another it said that the average 9 volt battery holds about 500mah. So this is just a guess, but on the "Terminator" they say you should change the battery every 96 hours. So doing the math 500mah/96 hours comes out to 5.208333mah. So maybe around 5mah, since the thing still blinks even after 96 hours.
