Hopinso: YOU ARE AWESOME. And you are absolutely correct - detox does NOT only happen on a physical level - it also happens on an emotional AND a cellular level. And your depression through the lemonade diet is a quick - but intense - shortcut, a transformation if you will, to a higher level of understanding.

Your soul obviously wants a deeper level of understanding and doesn't feel that the old beliefs work anymore - you'd have gotten there eventually anyway without the MC, but it might have taken longer. As it is, essentially, you are purging (in about 2 weeks) what otherwise could take easily more than a year - so don't be alarmed or put off by its intensity.

Remember that this too, shall pass, and be replaced by a healthier understanding of how to be real about what emotions you feel and how to take care of yourself. Just as its essential to remember that the cleansing of our bodies is what gets us through this BORING BORING drink day after day, the light at the other end of the tunnel of this depression through belief systems purging is: a more functional way of understanding the world and yourself.

The extra blessing is - unlike physical food habits - its virtually impossible to go backwards into old habits on an emotional level. Once your soul and mind has decided something no longer works and moved you to a deeper level of understanding, there is no returning to where you were.
