Sad thing is that we can't know the answers to your questions. Many THINK they know but they don't. We cannot know the "mind" of God (or Spirit)until we die. Even Then we may not know His mind (plan). I am convinced, after being around 61 years, that good people suffer and bad people don't (in many cases). That is, many bad people have it a Lot Better in this life than the good ones.
My ex sister in law is about 75. She married at sixteen. At middle age, after decades of happiness, Sunday School teaching and raising 3 kids with her Boy Scout leader husband, he raped his kids and his grandkids. He was raised in a good family in Dallas; his father had been a dentist. Two of these molested adult children committed suicide within 12 months of each other (her grown children)within the last 4 years. The one who is still alive has been a Born Again Christian for decades, still married to the same woman and they have five children. I do not know for sure if this particular man was molested but I do know his brother and sister were and killed themselves. Her grandchildren who were molested: one seems ok; the other one is very sick, mentally. She has had 2 babies by 2 different men, neither of whom is of her race, and left her last baby at Walmart--she never even got into trouble for it. She hoped someone would just pick him up and raise him. Her boyfriend freaked out; I think he dropped her.
So my ex sister in law spends a lot of time in bed with migraine headaches, has stopped going to church and struggles with depression. This woman has never hurt a flea. She is a fine human being but had to learn to go to work to raise her teens on her own when Mr Wonderful dumped her, suddenly, for a younger woman.
Life can be so unfair.
