Many people just like to justify the suffering of people by calling it Gods wrath...They are basically saying "ohh this person deserves to suffer because they are gay, or non-Christian". It's just another way to attempt to dehumanize people, kick them when they are down or dance on their graves. Pat Robertson has shown a lot cruelty in his many statements and I truly hope that he is not representative of the majority of Christians. But i have already seen that there are some on this board who do think just like him (Jane) and sympathize with his hateful statements. Everyone should think for themselves and not follow any self proclaimed spokesman for God. Don’t use your beliefs, as many have done in the past, to justify the torture and mistreatment of others. I think if one is truly on a path to God, it will show up in the things they say and the way they treat others.
