Desperate Mom of 8 month old baby w/ Eczema

I have found Aunty's message and directions very helpful. My daughter who is 8 months old has had eczema since she was 3 1/2 months old. I was supplementing her w/ Enfamil Lipil w/Iron right from the beginning as I was not producing enough. She was quite OK with initially. She has severe eczema on her wrists and elbows while her legs are doing OK now. We put her on steroids for 3-4 weeks and then she is now on ELidel. Never want to go thro the steroid road again. But Elidel doesnt seem to be helping much in clearing up. We bathe her everyday and apply Cetaphil moisturiser 3-4 times a day. We recently switched to Nutramigen formula but that didnt help too much. She is on Alimentum since yesterday. I have to watch and see. During the day time, its so heart rending to stop her from crawling as she would scratch her wrists on the carpet. We have to limit her activities so much... I just bought the pediatric lotion of Shikai's Borage dry skin therapy as Aunty had suggested. Just used it on her once. Lets see. My husband is saying that Im trying too many things all at once. I just cant see my baby go thro this.. Its sooooooooooooooo hard.. Feel helpless.

Any advice/suggestions are welcome.
