Unable to let go (Q for Shelleycat)

Hi Shelley,

You've done my numerology before, in regards to this year and my health. You've also given me advice on your forum, most recently re: coffee and insomnia.

I have more of a personal/emotional question for you.
I broke up with my partner almost 2 years ago- we were together only for 4 years. We were 'friends' at first after the breakup and then a year ago she decided not to talk to me anymore- long story but she basically couldn't handle being around me.

I can't seem to break away from this person emotionally.
I think about her way too much and have not been at all
interested in new relationships.
Even though I know it was a destructive relationship
(she is emotionally withdrawn like my father, which
probably accounts for much of ther karmic attraction),
I guess I still feel like there will never be another
for me.

It's driving me crazy!
I know this is also tied to health stuff- trouble
letting go is a general issue for me.

OK, so any insight?
