Thanks for responding to my message; it helped me get going. I've started taking herbs for parasites and I think it's helping. I'm confused about which diet to follow. I was doing a candida diet (I also have allergies), which helped somewhat. Now I'm also eliminating carbs, which made stools not so thin and no longer floating, so it seems that's the right direction, but it's extremely limited. Any suggestions?
