I just found this post about enemas and colonics. I keep reading not to take IF#1 by Dr Schultz and that enemas are so much better for you. But reading your post encouraged me to think maybe I am ok doing the IF#1 while I do liver flushes. I also love the coffee enema. I didnt think it caused the bile to flow. Is that right?
How often did you do coffee enemas and did you ever have constipation? And if so, how did you deal with it?
