I have tried to respond to this message which was sent in response to my message message in the "Spiritual Basis of CFIDS" thread, but it would not send to the address, so I have included it here:

I had a little trouble understanding exactly what you were asking, but will try to respond.

1st - I assume you meant 'new age people' & not 'new ago people'

2nd - I also assume you meant - 'are these demons always bad or do the also have good intensions'

Mediums would claim to be able to contact people who have died - often close relatives of those who come to them for guidance. This is not possible as Jesus makes it very clear that people cannot communicate with those who have died.

What they are communicating with are demonic or familiar spirits who had contact with those people who have died, when they were still alive - this explains how come they can provide specific details about the person who has died even though the medium would obiously not know this information. People get sucked in by this thinking they are having contact with their dead relative/friend etc. & hence go to a medium for confort / adivce / concerns about the future etc. & end up listening to a demonic spirit instead of seeking confort by trusting God.

Trust this makes sense - you certainly have not upset me with your questions - ask away & I will attempt to answer them focusing on God's word (the bible - the world's best seller).
