My two pennies on the subject.
Spirit guides are demons, and if I were you, I'd be careful to listening to anything they say. I am telling you out of my own experience with new age and occult for many years.
I know this would probably make some people upset, but I am writing this out of concern, not out of hate or being judgemental.
