Since I know you are responding and I can't find your name on the forums you specified, can I ask how you ate after the fasts?
I want to return to the Atkin's diet when I'm done, but think that I will lose the fast advantages I have gained if I go through induction phase. Should I still go through the induction phase, but with just mainly veggies to start out with or do you think it would be in my bet interest to start out with the maintenence phase?

Just curious, I don't want to waste what I have lost from the fast which is 7lbs. so far and I have 5 days left.
My starting weight was 140lbs.
my weight now is.......133lbs. @ 5'6" tall.

I know that poeple don't come here often and they do break down the support that people try and give, but please......pretty please!!!
