This is how I have done it in the past. To break the fast, instead of orange juice I used tomato juice. The next day I added salad, vegetable soup and lightly steamed vegetables. If this digests well, the next day you can add meat or fish, but of the low-fat variety and prepared without extra fat or oil. From there, you can gradually move on to your normal diet. However, make sure to limit your calorie intake for the first week or so. If not, you will gain a lot of weight, because the fast has caused your metabolism to slow down and it needs some time to speed up again.
