I did a fruit and veggies one. I typically would have something sweet for breakfast like apple, carrot, pear ginger juice and then I would have a V8 kind of thing for lunch and dinner with tomato, lemon, parsely, celery, carrot, and beet with a shot of Frank's Hot sauce to keep me warm. I cheated a little and used a canned tomato juice. I tried
juicing real tomatoes, but it was just too gross. The tomato juice was organic with no salt though so...I feel like it was okay, since I had the benefit of all the other stuff. I strained all my juices and also drank organic vegetable broth from the healthfood store and tea with honey.

It is huge. This site is really useless if you are looking for support. If you are fasting it's great, but for Atkin's......absolutely not. Check out the above site, it is awesome.
