Here's my gift to myself-since I seem to be waking between 3:30am and 4:30am-I am waking up and doing Sadhana. Start the day meditation which last for an hour and coincidentally is broken down into 5 sections maybe 6-This builds the muscle of intention and discipline.

Wish me luck! I mean if I'm up anyway why not- And it would be nice to build an altar. Today is my day for altar building-yeah
