Re: Yoga releasing toxins?

Thanks Janaki. The "chest expander" is basically where you are standing and bring your arms and shoulder blades behind you and clasp your hands, then you bend over with your arms still behind your back. It has helped my shoulders a lot. Actually, since I posted that message I no longer feel as if I might break out in a rash. Now I think that maybe my skin was just being stretched and felt sort of tight! But now I have another question - I was recently reading on a yoga site that in order to get any benefit from yoga you have to do it more than just a few times a week. Well, even though I have only been doing it a very short time, I have been doing it about 5 times a week, when I return home from work in the afternoons, but there are two nights a week where I have to go to a second job in the evening so I just blow it off. Do you think 5 times a week can still be beneficial? If you think not, then I'll just have to find a way to squeeze it in! So far I like doing the yoga.
