That's one person! When did she use just the psyllium? If she had conducted a Bowel Cleanse before with betonite & psyllium, herbs, and colonics it is hardly suprising. In addition, what type of diet does she eat? If she adheres to a strict mucusless diet then in time, a long time nonetheless, she will release plaque. Unless you know her entire history of cleansing you cannot state that you can remove plaque with psyllium alone. Moreover, what does a sample of one person tell you about anything? You cannot derive conclusions about treatment protocols from the experiences of one person. If you were to consult the literature on the subject (Dr Richard Anderson's studies for example) you will find that psyllium alone is not effective in removing plaque. These findings were based on years of research and involved thousands of people. I would tend to believe these findings than the experiences of one person.

Whilst this forum is indeed helpful it has the potential to cause considerable problems and be quite dangerous to people's health. Just because one person has used something with success it does not mean it will work for anyone else. I can see a lot of people reading something on these pages and then just diving on in an trying something which might on initial reflection actually turn out to be detrimental to there health. We should urge people to take on board ideas/testimonials on these pages but first reflect on their own situations before they try new protocols/treatments for themselves. We should be encouraging the spread of alternative health treatments undoubtedly but also encouraging great self awareness. Tweet
