Re: Suggestions on my next one month program.
Bentonite constipates me even when I drink a lot of water so I only use it every 3rd day.
Only 2 shakes at first because I try to take them on an empty stomach for maximum benefit. This is difficult when eating 3 cooked meals a day so morning and night shakes only until I switch to my final 2 week raw/juice/fast diet.
Other than the occasional 1 tsp of
Bentonite my shakes have 2tsp psyllium with a herb/fiber supplement. Is this enough or do I need the extra tsp? I have also started warming my water and presoaking the
Bentonite prior to mixing the shakes.
Successes so far in the first month:
- I have lost 10
pounds (which is as low as I want to go)
- My skin is no longer off gassing built up toxins (I know this because my bath towel no longer has an odor to it)
- My bowel movements are 1 a day rather than every 3 days and do not give me cause to lock the bathroom door and hang the "enter at own risk" sign.
Still waiting for:
- The pain in my lower right side experienced after a meal to go away.
- Passing of plaque.
- My original goal of curing my halitosis and acid reflux. This flares up when I am stressed or hungry.
All of the above symptoms seem classic for clogged up bowels and liver. I am worried that if I don't get the plaque out I will revert back to where I started. By the way over the last two years I have seen at least four doctors and one ENT specialist for the above symptoms and they just kept prescribing ant acids.
I am also wondering if two
Liver Flushes in a two week period will be too hard on me and if it is best to flush immediately before or after an enema (if I get desperate enough to do the enema)
