The $400 is window-dressing. Shrub transfereed $ trillions from our
general economy to his contributors. The pittance he threw to the
masses was "don't worry, be happy" gas. He runs around shoving the
proverbial sunshine pump up our butts and we get all giddy - my what
a leader... Napoleon, Caesar, Churchill were mere fools in comparison.
