I have battled Crohns / Ileitis for 25 years. Recently, I found some ways to help myself.

FIRST, I would get on a good bacterial / parasite killing program. I found that the Antibiotics and supplements were MUCH too harsh on my delicate Crohns. I found aa VERY interesting method that was used to cure all sorts of diseases called Rife technology. Do a Google Search on “Dr. Royal Raymond Rife” and you will find out more. I bought a $100 unit at : http://www.rifeforlife.com/products.html After suffering for years and almost going under surgery, this unit worked and helped me within about 36 hours.

SECOND, you must regulate your bowel evacuation. The smart doctors will tell you that you must add FIBER to your diet. STOP...it sounds crazy that you can’t even drink soup and NOW you want to add fiber. In my case, I couldn’t drink even soup for weeks. However, I decided to add MINUTE amounts of fiber into my diet. The ONLY Fiber cereal that agreed with ME was FiberOne. However, for you it may be different. I had to take a VERY small amount of FiberOne and put it in the Cusiinart Blender. Each day I would build up slowly. Now I take 2-3 tsps wit yogurt about 3 times per day. Even at night, I take 2 tsp and add a little aloe. It does regulate the bowel quite well so that you evacaute regularly in the morning like a normal person.

THIRD, you must get the nutrients that your body needs. you must realize that you can NOT digets foods like normal people. So you are NOT getting the proper enzymes and nutrients. A lot of people start a juicing program. It sounds CRAZY. But, the juice has NO pulp or things to digest and the machine does the digestion for you. However, YOU get the benefit of all the nutrients.
