You have opened my mind to taking probiotics and flax hull (I had only ever heard of flax seeds - ground or in oil form). I have been putting off taking probiotics (my favourite site suggests this too - www.thedoctorwithin.com) because, well, things are pretty good - but still, I would like to experience what it can do for me. Flax hulls too!
I gather you take them seperately? Or....Can you tell me what you do? How much you take?
