I did not mean to sound adversorial in my earlier post and if it did, I do apologise. Just that I am very passionate about some things that I fully believe in and besides I have tried and which worked for me.

You are absoultely right, of course, the bottom line is as long as it works for one and feels great, that is the KEY!! I admire you for your "open mind" and receptiveness to new ideas, things... you must be such a wonderful and easy person to talk to and be with... :-)..

Unfortunately, I am a great believer in "let sleeping dogs lie", do not test what is doing okay because invariably our body is never perfect or 100% right/healthy. There will always be something wrong, I am sure. ON this basis, I am quite happy to move along until something breaks - not the right attitude, of course, but then that's me...

No, to be honest, I have very superficial knowledge about Bentonite clay and physillum husk other than what I read about them here. I am also a very simple person and likes things simple - life is complicated enough as it is. My mind can be focussed or shall we say "blinkered".. I take most things at face value and believe in the goodness of humanity although often feel stupid when caught out.......

Thank you again for your posts n information, it has been most enlightening to say the least. Do look forward to reading more of them... and learning...
