I bought another digital multimeter of another brand DT-830B and I am happy to report the tests are the same. So it is repeatable. I am an energy medicine researcher and have made my own energized water using a different method than Pat. One method is to hold a stainless steel water container with your right hand for about a minute. If you check with your multimeter (where the probes) do not touch the bottom, the readout will be negative energized water since the right hand side is usually, but not always positive polarity. Another method I employ is to use a capacitor and diode, but without the batteries. There is yet another method which involves only the use of cosmic radiation, but this is going beyond the scope of this message forum. Just want to confirm that your method works and it can be tested repeatedly in multimeter tests on 200 millivolt settings. Depending on the wiring of the probes and directions (N,S, E, or W) the readings will be different but you should get average readings between -50 mV to -100 mV depending on atmospheric conditions and magnetic fluctuation (it is very sensitive to magnets). I strongly suspect the cosmic read out comes from tachyons, but cannot prove it since I could not afford a tachyon silica discs. Perhaps some of you can prove whether the tachyon readouts are actually responsible for the electrical voltage output.

Could not test on health effects since I am healthy now using sound frequencies to aid healing, specifically 9 basic solfeggio frequencies ( not 6).
