I am only into week 4 now (9 reps of each rite), it is probably a bit too early to notice dramatic changes, except maybe on my overall energy level which *seems* better (or is it just the excitement about these exercices?).
Healthwise, my sinuses seem clearer, especially right after performing the rites. Apart from this, I have no other specific problem so it's hard to say.
Getting older in good health (while looking younger, why not, as the book claims?) is the main reason why I have decided to 'invest' in these rites. I am 42 now, so ask me again in 30 yrs time :o)
