Insofar as site classification be concerned, we've probably got a contradiction of terms founded upon our individual experiences. For example, I consider the NDE to be the oldest, the most ancient with age. Thus, although you may be "certain" that it's "new age" in it's individually communal perspective...I'm not. However, of a certainty, I didn't post my comments because I've a desire to nit pick what I believe is an earnest site's attempt to discuss imperative issues. As a matter of fact, I've referenced this site to others.
Yet, one need only review, for example, your past posts, Alikat, to determine a fundamental belief system exists which is christian based. A quick historical review of the threads, indicate other posters (including Rudy)have no problem positing that the Being known as Jesus serves in the capacity of an incorporated (whether on this plane or another) wayshower and that everybody, accordingly, comes to a point wherein they'll be required to come, specifically, before Him prior too or after death. And, frankly, I don't think that's what the Guy had in mind. Furthermore, it wasn't part of my NDE experiences and as long as I'm gonna post herein, I have every Intention of telling it the way I experienced it.
My comments do not imply that I have anything but respect for the Being known as Jesus. Nor am I suggesting that those of this faith will not be meeting up with him at some point. However, it is my perspective that there's been many wayshowers and should a "pagan" or "muslim" or "indigenous native american" come to this NDE forum and feel disassociated because the Jesus meme doesn't feel comfortable to them, they ought be aware that not all NDErs (including myself) are in agreement regarding a specific entity as being a go-between and, rather than leave because this doesn't work for them, hang around and here what others have to report.
