Re: Ideas Source for infrared sauna construction plans?

I'm new to the forum and am learning about saunas. Have you built your sauna yet? I have read Dr. Wilson's site as well, very interesting. Also, have you ever seen this, http://www.promolife.com/products/sauna2.htm#portable and do you know if this is considered to be a true infrared sauna?

Thanks for any info. I am detoxing from heavy metals. Very slow process and I'm impatient to be well again.
