Hi,
Do you know of a source for plans for constructing an infrared sauna? Also, on Dr. Mercola's web site he states that the lights should be red in color because they produce the correct light wave for deep penetration in the body. I noticed that most of the infrared saunas I have seen have the clear lights. Do you know if what Dr Mercola states is true? I am confused.
