We purchased a Hot House dome. It clains to be as or more effective than the saunas. I have an autoimmune disease which I think I related to heavy metals etc. I've done alot of work
on myself and this is really healping. I have a friend that is truly sick with heavy metal complications and she comes over when
she can to use it. You can use it while watching TV or lying in bed or floor or whatever. Great technology.
