Hi Lapis Can you share a little more on your FIR sauna plans. Please explain the necessary 7 emitters! I thought 2 emitters were enough. 1 for the front and 1 for the back.I just ordered 2 of the heaters,500mm in length. You used only a cloth cover,is that right. Do you keep the heaters below the head to keep from heating up the brain? Any suggestions for the first time builder? Thanks for sharing. Dan
