Yes, it's very helpful to have some indication of actual size. There are other people who would consider a 1" clitoris "huge" but I now appreciate that you have used the term carefully.

I can't see that the labia pose any problem of any sort.

In and of itself, the szie of your clitoris poses no problem, but I think there are one or two questions that might give helpful pointers to what's happening.

* was it always large (i.e. 1" or more) during your adult years?
* was it roughly the size it is now when you were last examined by a doctor?
* were there any comments from doctors on the size of it?
* what about the diameter of the glans?
* can the prepuce ("hood" or "foreskin") be retracted back to leave the glans uncovered?
* how is the meatus (outlet) of the urethra located relative to the clitoris?
* is the clitoris erectile -- i.e. does it get hard when stimulated?
* what's the size when hard -- or is that what you've quoted?

3 1/2 in. long is certainly well into the male range for phallus size and it looks as if there's no reason to suspect lack of testosterone stimulation to that area (though it seems it may not be affecting the brain to the same extent). You say things are changing in the vulval area so it may be that the reconfiguration is making relations uncomfortable -- perhaps the vagina is more restricted and less elastic?

I would have thought that with such a well-developed clitoris, extended foreplay, especially repeatedly working the foreskin back and fore over the glans, would relax the whole vulval area and thus make penetration of the vagina much easier.
