Womb and ovaries removed, then. So all that's left is a three or four inches of blind tube -- your vagina in the strictest sense of the term.
Without the ovaries you'll be lacking in testosterone which is why you haven't got sex drive. You need to see your doctor about that.
And without estrogen your vagina probably lacks the natural elasticity that no amount of lubrication can replace. Watch, too, for signs of the labia atrophying. sometimes an estrogen cream is prescribed, or sometimes an oral contracceptive pill which is a relatively cheap way of supplying estrogen to the system in measured, consistent, doses.
