Thanks god you people are great!Im really very very glad for this support.Yeah i have met people while out and i havent really gone out much in the last year and a half i dont enjoy it anymore which is a shame i used to just enjoy having fun.Your right i have been in a Depression and did start taking anti depressants but i recently just stopped as i dont feel they are really making me feel better and i dont want mood changing chemicals effecting me so ive decided to trust my own body to sort it out so im on this emotional rollercoaster for a bit and now im gonna try some cognitive therapy and get rid of negative beliefs that ive held since whenever probably from childhood and get over them and move on.Thankyou very much its incredible how being open can be so difficult and when you do, support comes so easy when you really look for it.thanks god bless you and im glad you are happy.I will find mine in time.
