i think It is great... my Bf of 2 years does it and at times ill ask to even be involved.. there is nothing wrong with having an outlet other than yoru wife... It gives you a SAFE enviorment to feel good with out having to do something you BOTH will regret... Im glad though you even admitted to it! that in its self is amazing.. keep up the good work and if for some reason you begin to have guilt * either try involve her Or think about ... are you ignoring her to please your self? .....that is the only negitive thing that could occur from this!
